Payments are processed by Stripe. Moshan does not store full payment card details.

Moshan uses third-party analytics and crash reporting services to improve app performance, diagnose technical issues, and understand how users interact with the app.

Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics, a crash reporting service provided by Google LLC, to automatically detect and diagnose app crashes. When the app crashes or encounters an error, Crashlytics collects:

• Crash logs and stack traces – Technical details about what caused the crash
• Device information – Device model, operating system version, screen size, and available memory
• App state data – Which screen was active and what actions led to the crash
• Custom identifiers – User IDs (if you are logged in) and debugging context to help us reproduce and fix issues

Purpose: This data helps us identify, diagnose, and fix bugs to improve app stability and user experience.

Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics, a mobile analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how users interact with Moshan. Analytics collects:

• Usage data – Which screens you visit, how long you stay, and which features you use
• User interactions – Buttons clicked, navigation patterns, and feature engagement
• Device information – Device type, operating system version, language, and screen resolution
• Approximate location – Country and region based on your IP address (not precise GPS coordinates)

• Google does not use this data for advertising purposes in the Firebase context

Moshan operates internationally. Personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside the user's country of residence, including the United States and other countries where our service providers operate (including Firebase servers).

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through our service providers' compliance with standard contractual clauses and applicable data protection frameworks.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8.1 Firebase Data Retention

• Crashlytics data: Retained for 90 days by default
• Analytics data: Retained for 14 months by default (aggregated data may be retained longer)

Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of their data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable
• Data portability (where technically feasible)

• Opt-out: While the app does not currently offer in-app opt-out controls, you can contact us at support@moshan.app to disable analytics for your account

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at support@moshan.app.

12. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their commercial purposes.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the Services, by posting the updated policy in the app, updating the "Last Updated" date, or through other appropriate means such as in-app notifications.
